Sugarbush Drainage, Watermain, and Road Improvements Project

June 21, 2024: Notice of Construction Delay

Due to unanticipated delays in locating underground utilities, construction activity has been delayed for the Sugarbush drainage, watermain, and road improvements project. The new anticipated start date for the project is Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

Please note this delay is beyond the control of both the contractor and the Township of Oro-Medonte. We apologize for any inconvenience the delay may cause, and appreciate your understanding during this process.

June 10, 2024: Construction Update

Township of Oro-Medonte Council and staff are pleased to advise residents in the Sugarbush community, that construction activity resulting in significant improvements to drainage, watermain, and roadways will be underway effective June 17, 2024. The project is primarily focused within the Algonquin Trail, Iroquois Ridge, and Mohawk Heights areas.
