2024 Interim Tax Bill Mailing Error

It has come to the Township’s attention that unfortunately, the sorting machine which is used for bulk mailings from the Township experienced an error during preparation of the 2024 interim tax bill mailing. Property owners who own two properties may potentially be impacted.

These property owners may receive a tax bill that is applicable to their property, along with a tax bill that is not associated with their property. If you receive an envelope with a tax bill that does not belong to you, please mail the tax bill back to the Township at 148 Line 7 South, Oro-Medonte L0L 2E0, or drop it off at the Township Administration Centre located at 148 Line 7 South, Oro-Medonte. The Township is happy to provide reimbursement for postage associated with returned tax bills which are not applicable to your property.

To ensure all property owners who own two properties in Oro-Medonte receive their interim tax bill, the Township will be reissuing the 2024 interim tax bill by mail to these property owners.
