2019 Sound Management Process Regarding Large Scale Special Events Held at Burl's Creek Event Grounds

As part of the Township's Sound Management Process, residents have an opportunity to express sound concerns.  For the 2019 festival season, the Township has established a dedicated telephone line for concerns regarding sound pertaining to large scale events held at Burl's Creek Event Grounds.  For sound level concerns, please leave a message at 705-487-4025 with your name, telephone number, street address, time of call, and brief description of your concern. Staff will investigate your concern, and will return your call only where more information is required.  For sound level concerns, please DO NOT call 9-1-1; 9-1-1 is for emergencies only.

Additionally, Municipal Law Enforcement Officers will attend locations onsite at Burl's Creek Event Grounds, and offsite throughout the 2019 festival season to monitor sound levels and investigate concerns.

Notice of Collection​

All personal information is collected pursuant to The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protec​tion of Privacy Act, and will be used for the purpose of administering the 2017 Sound Management process for Burl's Creek Festivals and may be used in Council deliberations.
